Chest finisher after his 30 min blast session πŸ”₯

03/10/2019

Just going through the NHS website and the physical activity guidelines for adults aged 19 to 64 is:
"150 min of moderate aerobic activity or 75 min of vigorous activity both combined with 2 or more days of strength exercises". And that's only to stay healthy, no specific goals here.

Ok I agree with that, and then what?
if you don't have time for it?
if you don't even have time to think about it?
what exercises should you do?
how many repetitions?
how many sets?
how long should you rest?
is your technique ok?
how heavy should you lift?
which muscle groups should you work in a day?
how often should you change your training plan?
why!?!?!?!

what if you could follow a training that covers all your questions, gives you advice, designed by a qualified trainer, TIME EFFICIENT and will get you closer to your fitness goals...sounds good?

I am working on a new training system that will provide you all this aspects, to be launched on the 1st of November 🀞. keep following to get more information every day and stop wondering, I can help you πŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ
