You don't need years of experience to be ahead.
Dr Nikola Kulik graduated 8 months ago. She's in one of the toughest NHS practices in east London, doing a Level 7 facial aesthetics diploma at the same time, and she is already thinking about her career in a way that most dentists twice her experience level aren't.
