We see ourselves as three individuals whose lives have been nurtured in football both as players and practitioners.

Our previous experience of playing at the elite level alongside our coaching and academic background, constracts a team of practitioners who can delve into any level of football and help athletes, coaches and clubs reach their full potential.

Been working with Andrew Coulson goalkeeper during his 5 week off-season period with emphasis on his shoulder and thoracic area mobility, landing mechanincs and explosive strength.

Training is a process and each individual needs a specific approach. Working with Andrew has been excellent as his communication skills and desire to learn and improve are second to none.

As his position demands, a mobile and strong upper body in harmony with the lower body's ability to produce force quickly, were the two key factors of our training design.

Supplementary work included core strength and aerobic conditioning.

Looking forward to seeing Andrew performing in the Northern League this season and transfering all his hard work on the pich.
