Designed to Grow

The son’s space had to meet two goals: feel current and grow with him.

We layered in darker tones, grungier textures, and subtle nods to his love for cars, while keeping the base palette timeless. Think relaxed and refined.

There’s a dedicated gaming zone, room to lounge with cousins, and wardrobe configurations designed for now but future-ready for when he’s 18.

It’s casual yet considered. Youthful without being childish.

The casual living at Longridge was designed to be the daily nest of the home. Soft, loungy, and lived-in. Marble-finish large format tiles on the TV wall add edge, while velvet upholstery and custom glass details bring in tactility and warmth.

We layered the space with mood lighting so it adapts to family evenings, quick catch-ups, or solo wind-downs. Flowing seamlessly into the kitchen and conservatory, it sits at the heart of everyday life, especially for the mother, whose glass lounge sits just beside, giving her full visibility and connection without ever leaving her zone.
