The Jim Rattigan Quintet are at the Watermill Jazz Club next Tuesday 26th August.
Jim Rattigan – French horn, Andy Panayi - alto sax, Nick Costley-White - guitar, Calum Gourlay - double bass, David Ingamells - drums.
Jim has become a virtuoso in jazz on the French horn. His unique talents have seen him play with the likes of Michael Brecker, Charlie Haden, the McCoy Tyner Big Band and Kenny Wheeler, and he can also be heard playing on Hollywood film soundtracks.
Jim brings together some of the finest jazz musicians in the UK to perform a mix of his original compositions plus some lesser-known standards.
