How often do you question your own results, In relation to the time and effort you put in?
Let’s not ignore the fact that changing your physique is hard..
It’s a long process
And can be even longer if you’re not consistent in showing up and giving the level of effort that’s needed to see great results
If you find yourself having regular dips in consistency because your not seeing results at the rate you want too
There could be something missing
The first thing you should do is review your situation and ask yourself
Am I really giving 100% at everything that I’m doing?
If the answers no, you have the choice to change that!
