JLF advises Ajeet Chadda and Kanchan Chadda on the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of North East Chemicals Limited.

Established in 1990, North East Chemicals is a value-add distributor of speciality chemicals throughout the UK.

Commenting on the transaction, M&A expert Jabad Jaigirdar said: “It’s been a pleasure to work with Aj and Kanchan again with this transformative and complex transaction, which required a committed and solutions-oriented team to close the deal.
