The Fundraising Regulator is closed for the festive season between the Christmas and New Year bank holidays from Friday 26 December 2024 onwards.
Our phone lines will reopen on Friday 2 January 2025 between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.

The telephone helpline (operated by the Fundraising Regulator) will be closed for the spring bank holiday on Monday 29 May 2023. The FPS continues to be available 24/7 at fundraisingpreference.org.uk.
Our phone lines will reopen on Tuesday 30 May 2023 between 9.30 am - 4.30 pm.
