🌈 How to be an active and confident ally to LGBTQ+ colleagues?

This LGBT+ History Month, we delivered our Active Allyship training for Four Agency Worldwide - one of our accredited Best LGBTQ+ Employers.

Over 90 minutes, their team learned how to:

✨ Use inclusive language with confidence
✨ Turn good intentions into everyday action
✨ Respond effectively to microaggressions
✨ Become genuine advocates for LGBTQ+ colleagues

The energy in the room was incredible. Real conversations, practical tools and a team ready to create truly inclusive culture.

This is what meaningful DEI looks like - not one-off initiatives, but ongoing commitment to learning and growth.

🏳️‍🌈✨ Big news! We’ve officially certified London's ***rcomedyclub and as LGBTQ+ Safe Spaces!

📸 Pictured: Founders and q***r comedians David and Kate, proudly holding their certificate in their purpose-built venue.

Why we love them:
💥 The world’s first permanent LGBTQ+ comedy club
♿ Fully accessible space with an adjacent gay bar named after q***r icons
👥 A fully trained team – front of house and security
🏳️‍🌈 A safe, affirming venue built by q***r-led founders

This isn’t just a q***r-friendly space – it’s q***r-led, openly affirming, and intentionally inclusive 💖

🎉 Huge congrats to David, Kate, and Jeremy for creating such a powerful space for joy, connection and belonging.

👀 And yes – we’ll be hosting our next Queerify networking event here very soon. Watch this space!

🏳️‍⚧️ Over 100,000 people filled the streets of London this Saturday for Trans+ Pride 2025 – the largest trans+ rights march ever recorded anywhere in the world!

The march began outside the BBC and made its way through Central London, ending at Parliament Square.
Held under the theme “existence and resistance”, it was a direct response to the UK Supreme Court’s April ruling that redefined the term s*x in strictly biological terms.

💬 Powerful speeches.
💪 Unshakable solidarity.
💖 A record-breaking 100k+ showing up for trans lives.

This turnout smashed last year’s 60,000 and cemented London as a global centre of trans resistance and visibility.

Walking together felt powerful.
A reminder that Pride is still a protest – especially now, with trans rights under threat and the UK dropping to 22nd on Europe’s Rainbow Map, drifting further from Western Europe on LGBTQ+ inclusion.
