Behind the scenes on our South West project.

Planning was close to expiring, so we had to start demolition and clear the site before the deadline to keep the permission live and apply for a Lawful Development Certificate.

The demolition method was straightforward.
Instead of paying £5,000–£5,500 to a contractor, we hired labour on a day rate and managed the process directly.

Total cost: £2,500.
Saving on site: ~£2,500.

On a development site, saving at every stage matters.
