Customer Service and Bookings Property Manager

We are looking for people with strong customer service experience, ideally in a phone and email-based service setting to join our team as a Personal Account Manager
• Full time contract
• Basic Starting Salary £25,000 - based on 40 hours a week Subject to experience
• Quarterly bonus of up to £500 per quarter dependent on company & individual performance
• 28 days holiday plus an additional day on your birthday, with additional days being accrued for length of service
• Hybrid working with at least 2 days a week in our Croydon based office
• Training will require full time, 5 days a week office attendance
• Proven experience of independent complaint handling and customer service
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Monthly rota including weekend work (typically working every other Saturday with a weekday off in lieu)
• 8:45 to 18:00 daily
