The other day I went for a walk and as always hugged trees- I love them!
I had this reflection that we are like the trees- seeing the crown and taking care of it-yet below, our roots are growing all the same if not bigger…
Our roots here symbolise our mindset.

When we take care of the mindset and nourish it it gives us a strong core and beautiful, fulfilled life.
