This is one of my favourite photos of Jack. He didn't know it at the time that he was taken, but he was already home. Yesterday we got a message from Jack's fosters to say they couldn't bear to let him go, so Jack gets to stay with mum Hazel, Dad Daniel (who took this amazing photo), and brother in paws Marley. Here's to a long and happy life Jack, it's no more than you deserve. As a team we couldn't be happier. Thank you to his amazing fosters, now his forever home 🎉🩵
