Well ladies and gentlemen, it is finally here. May we present to you our ‘papaya tree burger’. An idea conceived during lockdown but was put on hold many times due to staff reduction regulations. But it has finally arrived and ready to take pride in your hands. Inside a brioche bun, our secret recipe crispy patty is made with coriander, minced chicken and tiger prawns.
