Are food dyes bad for your health?

With growing concerns over artificial food dyes, it’s crucial to understand their impact on our well-being. In a recent article, our Global Project Manager Ella Marshall had the opportunity to contribute insights on the risks associated with synthetic dyes like Red 3, which has recently been banned in the USA due to potential health risks.

As awareness grows, so does the demand for natural alternatives- this shift is something both consumers and food brands should pay attention to.
