When CO₂ levels rise, concentration drops, fatigue increases, and meetings can feel harder than they should. In fact, studies have shown that higher CO₂ levels can reduce cognitive performance and decision-making ability.
That’s why we designed our own monitoring solution, to give organisations real-time visibility into air quality and room conditions.

We consistently see that over-engineered systems slow meetings down, frustrate users, and introduce avoidable points of failure, where time is wasted simply trying to make the room work.
By designing spaces around how people actually meet and collaborate, we deliver solutions that are intuitive, consistent, and dependable.
This approach was clearly demonstrated in our recent London install. Their existing meeting spaces were reliant on a centralised distribution system, meaning multiple rooms were interconnected and exposed to a single point of failure. Combined with complex control interfaces, even starting a simple Webex or Microsoft Teams meeting became unnecessarily difficult.
Through close consultancy and redesign, Workspace Audio Visual implemented standalone Microsoft Teams Rooms, removing racks of core equipment that were not required for the client’s needs. The result was a more resilient environment, dramatically simplified user operation, and meeting spaces that just work, proving that less technology, when correctly applied, can deliver far better outcomes.
