🇮🇹 SAKURACHA 桜茶
Sakuracha è un infuso giapponese tradizionale molto speciale, diverso da qualsiasi altro. Sakura è il nome che viene dato ai famosi fiori di ciliegio che sbocciano in tutto il Giappone in primavera. I fiori vengono mescolati con aceto di prugne (ume) e sale e poi lasciati in infusione per 3-4 settimane. L'infuso ai fiori di ciliegio è considerato molto speciale in Giappone e viene servito principalmente ai matrimoni, poiché si ritiene rappresenti un nuovo inizio (come la primavera).

🇬🇧 SAKURACHA 桜茶
Sakuracha is a very special, traditional Japanese infusion that is unlike any other. Sakura is the name for the famous pink cherry blossoms that bloom all over Japan in the spring. The flowers are mixed with ume plum vinegar and salt and is left to infuse for 3-4 weeks. Cherry blossom tea is considered very special in Japan and is mostly served at weddings, as it is believed to represent new beginnings (as spring season).

🇮🇹BUBBLE TEA
Il bubble tea o boba milk tea nasce a Taipei, Taiwan intorno al 1980. Viene preparato nella ricetta tradizionale con tè nero infuso con latte, zucchero di canna e decorato con palline di amido di tapioca e estratto di alghe marine. Oggi si possono trovare moltissime varietà con gli ingredienti più disparati (frutta, cioccolato e bibite gasate) e i negozi che lo vendono si sono moltiplicati nelle maggiori città di tutto il mondo.

🇬🇧 BUBBLE TEA
Bubble tea or boba milk tea was created in Taipei, Taiwan around 1980. It is prepared in the traditional recipe with black tea infused with milk, brown sugar and decorated with tapioca starch and seaweed extract balls. Today you can find many varieties with the most disparate ingredients (fruit, chocolate and carbonated soft drinks) and the shops that sell it have multiplied in major cities around the world.

CAMELLIA SINENSIS
🇮🇹 La pianta del tè è classificata scientificamente come Camellia Sinensis. È una pianta sempreverde, originaria delle foreste tropicali dello Yunnan (Cina), Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Assam (India). Può crescere fino a diversi metri di altezza e raggiungere facilmente più di 100 anni. Preferisce climi miti con terreni acidi, umidi ma ben drenati. Esistono tre principali varietà: sinensis, assimica e cambodiensis. Tutte le varie tipologie di tè vengono prodotte dalla medesima pianta ma con lavorazioni diverse, utilizzando l'ossidazione e/o la fermentazione delle foglie. Nell'immagine potete vedere un albero selvatico di té di diversi secoli, Yunnan (Cina).

🇬🇧 The tea plant is scientifically classified as Camellia Sinensis. It is a evergreen plant, native of the tropical jungles of Yunnan (China), Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar and Assam (India). It can grow up to several meters in height and easily reach over 100 years. It prefers to grow in a mild climate with acidic and humid soils but well drained. There are 3 main varieties: sinensis, assimica and cambodiensis. Nowadays all types of teas are made from the same plant but with different processes, using the oxidation and/or the fermentation of the tea leaves. You can see in the picture a wild tea tree (few centuries old) from Yunnan, China.
