This year marks a special milestone as Sangeet Gurukul presents the Indore Music Festival, honoring the legendary Sangeet Martand Padmavibhushan Pandit Jasraj and celebrating 10 years of musical excellence.

On Friday, 26th September 2025, 6:45 PM, the stage at “Jasrang” Auditorium will come alive with heartfelt Indian classical vocal performances by Dr. Rewa Natu (Pune) and Vid. Rosy Dutta- Vocalist in Kolkata. Their voices will carry forward a tradition that has touched countless hearts over generations.

Accompanying them will be some of the finest musicians – Pt. Hitendra Dixit and Shri Rahul Bene on tabla, with Shri Deepak Khasrawal on harmonium – adding depth, rhythm, and harmony to the evening.

This festival is more than just a performance; it’s a tribute, a memory, and a chance to feel the magic of our classical heritage in the city of Indore.

On Sunday, 21st September 2025, KalaSudha invites you to a very special Yoga Flow & Dhrupad Sound Immersion Workshop at Lee Seng Tee Hall.

This 3-hour session brings together two ancient practices – gentle yoga movements for flexibility and strength, and the deep, calming sounds of Dhrupad music. Together, they create a space where stress begins to melt away and the mind finds its quiet centre.

Led by Ishtar Dobler, an experienced yoga teacher known for guiding people towards peace and balance, and Amit Sharma, a Dhrupad vocalist from a family of musicians, this workshop will help you explore how body and sound can work together for inner harmony.

No need for any prior experience in yoga or music – just bring an open mind and the willingness to explore.

Venue: Jaipur, Rajasthan

This vibrant festival welcomes dance gurus, teachers, choreographers, students, and artists from across India to showcase their talent. The contest will feature a wide range of dance forms, including Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Odissi, Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam, Rabindranatyam, Andhranatyam, Perinniatyam, Sattriya, Manipuri, Semi-Classical, Indian Folk, Bollywood, Hip-Hop & Contemporary.
