We are pleased to today announce a major milestone for Hable: the appointment of our very first Chief Impact Officer.

The role will be taken on by Nicki Harman, who brings almost a decade of experience at Hable. Since joining initially in 2017 as a Strategic Change Manager, Nicki has gone on to lead our Change Management practice and, most recently, shape our Services business as Services Director where she has built a truly world-class ACM delivery team.

As AI accelerates the pace of change across every organisation, we know that new, fresh approaches are needed. So, as our new Chief Impact Officer (CIO), Nicki will provide thought leadership and industry insight for our customers and commercial partners, while ensuring that Hable remains laser focused on helping organisations to realise real ROI from their investment in technology.

It was a brilliant day yesterday as the team behind one of our biggest public sector projects came together to kick off phase two!

After a successful first year, we're delighted that the customer has extended their partnership with Hable to continue driving their digital transformation forward.

Next, we’ll be focusing on strengthening information management practices - combining our comms and change expertise to embed sustainable ways of working across the organisation.

Great to be continuing this journey, and even better to get the team together with Stephen, Steph and Georgie to get things underway!
