Effective from 9th January 2023, Elli Margat Group are delighted to announce that our entire insurance service business and our Financial operations will be incorporated into the broader Pami Insurance and Financial operations.

Elli Margat Group and PiF financials will now jointly operate and trade as ‘PAMI Insurance Service’ which will be led by Elli Margat, Robert Margat and the new directors and shareholders in the business. Ji Yun, F Zabeli, Ember Bacon and Paulette Margat.

This collaborative move will enable the two businesses to work together and further enhance their service offerings as well as meeting their conjoined customers’ requirements.

Managing Director Robert Margat said: “Elli Margat Group continues to be one of the leading broad-based insurance and financial providers, who have been selling and offering swift insurance services for more than 2 years, and with this merger, we will become one of the larger independent lettings agents in the country. This is a real game-changer for us as it puts us closer to reaching our initial target as an international company.”
Robert continued “The merger has rebalanced our business model so that our sales departments are now of equal size. The opportunities that have arisen from this are very exciting; we have secured a source of funding and see this merger the first of numerous substantial acquisitions that we hope to announce in 2023. We’d also like to thank the whole board for acting in good faith, and for the advice on this merger.”

Elli Margat Group and all it's asset will remain separate from the merger, and will continue under Elli, Paulette and Robert Margat until 13th March 2023.
