Honored to witness John Chowning receive the 2026 Technical Grammy Award. His work reshaped music, sound synthesis, and spatial audio in ways that continue to inspire generations. I’m deeply grateful to have been at the awards, to celebrate his legacy, and to spend time chatting with someone whose ideas have influenced all of us in the music industry and research in so many ways.

I ran into my high school music teacher at NAMM! Nav was a huge influence in my life. He encouraged me to pursue my interests and even taught me how to make my very first recording. I am forever thankful 🙏🏼 ❤️
