Dandi

Our design process begins with the mosaic - a study of pattern, texture and craftsmanship rooted in a subtle Persian influence. Every Dandi site features its own signature mosaic in the reception, giving each building a distinct identity. At Brondesbury, the colours and curves draw from the landscape just outside: the movement of grasses, the tones of fallen leaves, the organic lines after the rain. These natural details are refined into a modern composition that brings the calm of the garden indoors, creating a reception that feels grounded, intentional and connected to its surroundings. 🍂

We asked graffiti artist to paint us a mural.
He said yes - and then we handed our residents the brushes too.

Cats appeared. Fishes multiplied. Colour everywhere.
Dozens of different styles, none of them matching, all of them belonging.

Very Dandi energy.
