Our Menβs Autism / ADHD Support Group offers a safe, welcoming environment to talk, listen, and build confidence together.

QiGong Starts 2nd March at Craigsfarm
Looking for a gentle way to move, breathe, and reset your nervous system?
Our Qigong sessions begin Monday 2nd March, a calm, flowing practice that combines soft movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
What to expect:

β’ Breath-led exercises
β’ A grounding, calming atmosphere
β’ Suitable for all abilities β no experience needed
