QiGong Starts 2nd March at Craigsfarm

Looking for a gentle way to move, breathe, and reset your nervous system?

Our Qigong sessions begin Monday 2nd March, a calm, flowing practice that combines soft movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.
