[Edit] Update, just spoke to my Iranian mate who used to have this shop. He’s called the fella who owns it. Apparently they are having trouble with a nearby chippy and they dumped it outside to pull his business down.

Makes sense, no one in the right mind would do this outside their own business. Chippy wars ay.
