Your captions are doing more work than you think… or at least, they should be.

Every time you post, you have a chance to tell Instagram's algorithm exactly who you are, who you help and what you're about.

Most people write captions for the people already following them but the ones who are growing write captions for the people who haven't found them yet.

That's the shift this cheatsheet is designed to help you make.

It's not about writing longer captions or stuffing in keywords (definitely don’t do that), it's about being intentional with the words you're already using.
