KaizenSummit

The gap is rarely knowledge. Most of us already know what we should be doing.
The gap is the structure that makes it happen on the days you don't feel like it. That's the whole session.
Tuesday 14 July, 7pm, free, with Brad Lotts. A few days to go: https://webinar.kaizen-summit.com/webinar-registration-3929-9562?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=community_structure_webinar&utm_content=post5

What the session covers on 14 July:
A morning that sets the day instead of reacting to it. A simple filter for decisions so you stop second-guessing. Clear windows for the work that actually matters, protected from everything else.
Thirty minutes. Free. Live with Brad Lotts at 7pm.
Bring the part of your day that keeps getting away from you: https://webinar.kaizen-summit.com/webinar-registration-3929-9562?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=community_structure_webinar&utm_content=post4

We thought it was time you met the people behind Kaizen Summit.
Almost every one of them has served. Royal Marine Commandos, Royal Navy, Royal Signals. Between them they have led recruits through Commando training, run operations under real pressure, and earned the qualifications to understand why people perform the way they do.
That mix is the whole point. Lived experience on its own can be just war stories. Qualifications on their own can be just theory. This team has both, and they use both, every day, with the people they work with.
Swipe through to meet them. We will introduce each of them properly over the coming weeks.

Meet Brad Lotts.
On 14 July he's running a free 30-minute session on building a daily operating system. Not a productivity hack. A way of setting up your day so clarity, good decisions and follow-through stop depending on how you feel when you wake up.
If your days run you more than you run them, this is for you.

You start the day with a plan. By 11am it's gone.
Not because you're lazy. Because nothing in the day was built to hold the plan in place. Motivation was never going to be enough on its own.
On 14 July, Brad walks through the structure that does the holding for you. Free, live, 7pm.

Most people don't have a discipline problem. They have a structure problem.
On Tuesday 14 July at 7pm, Brad Lotts is running a free session on exactly that. How to build a day that holds, so the things that matter stop slipping.
Free, live, 30 minutes. Register here: https://webinar.kaizen-summit.com/webinar-registration-3929-9562?utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=community_structure_webinar&utm_content=post1
Most service business owners are trapped inside the business they built. The team's good. The work's good. But every decision still routes through you.
That's the ceiling. The business can only move as fast as you can think.
Mark Ormrod explains how owners break that pattern. Not by working harder. By building a business that doesn't need them in every room.
If that sounds like you, watch the video.
Then book a free 30-minute Bottleneck Review.
We'll map where you are, where the bottleneck sits, and the one shift that would change the most.

A thought for the owners reading this on a Sunday evening, already half-thinking about Monday.
The dread you feel isn't about the work. You like the work. It's about the volume of small decisions waiting for you, the ones only you can apparently make.
That's the bottleneck talking. And the fix isn't working harder on Monday. It's building a business where Monday doesn't need all of you.
What's the one decision you wish your team would just make without you?
