But they can be made better and yourself made to feel better if you get yourself up get yourself out to the gym and get yourself a work out done your mind and body will automatically feel better (this was me this morning but I dropped the kids at school went and done cardio and a little glute session and now I’m ready for the day)

Little tip ask for a whey shake at reception made with milk and ice and thank me later) it tastes insane 😜😜😜😜
