Throwback to last week where we were joined by Imogen & Gemma from our Cumbrian pals Fell Brewery

We've gone very old school with this one - heritage malts and whole leaf classic hops.

Quite the gruelling brew in the middle of that heatwave, luckily shandies were to hand.

Keep your eyes peeled on our socials as the beer will be launching across Fell's bars this month, and in one of our favourite Liverpool boozers!

Time for an Intermission

Our gluten-free core range pale has had a massive restock in all formats this week.

As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement to bring you the most accessible beers possible, we've made a few iddy biddy tweaks to the recipe: lighter in hue, bolder on the fruity hops, but still with a benchmark underlying Colbier bitterness.

Giz a shout today for kegs (30L and 50L), casks, (firkins and pins), and cans!

We've got our pals down from Fell Brewery a long overdue collab

The eagle-eyed among you will spot whole leaf hops in the kettle here, which suggests we're doing something trad, or are we? You'll have to watch this space to find out!

Stock up on suncream - our open day is back!

It's set to be glorious next week so bob on over to Bootle for some brewery fresh beer, awesome scran from Kwok Wing Foods tunes and chill vibes in the sunshine.

We'll also have Mikkeller Running Club Liverpool us once again so if you fancy getting your running kicks on, do join!

Fresh out this week is the returning SOLO - a delicious American style IPA, with a tweaked recipe to bring it more in line with the gorgeous pales we’ve been putting out this year: paler, hoppier, and slightly dialled back on the bitterness, but still with a citrusy piney whack.

Inspired by the IPAs that got us into beer, this beer is bold and hoppy, taking a step back to a time when IPAs were heavy on bitterness as well as aroma hops.

This is a single malt, single hop brew to display the biscuit flavours of Maris Otter, as well as the different levels obtained from UK grown Cascade when used in bittering, whirlpool and dry-hopping stages. Cascade gives a slightly more subtle, well-rounded flavour to its American cousin, while still delivering an intense kick of orange, grapefruit and lychee.
