Baltic Creative tenants Form have three expert-led programmes for creative and digital professionals stepping up into leadership, into AI, and into executive roles.

All are grounded in the realities of creative work, and there are three programmes currently enrolling for different leadership levels.

* The Creative Leadership Accelerator is for practitioners stepping into their first management role in creative organisations.
* AI for Creative Advantage is for creative managers ready to move from AI curiosity to structured, confident application.
* Creative Executive and Strategic Leadership is for founders, directors and senior leaders of creative and digital businesses.

Helta Skelta’s The Diamond residency is now at 92 Degrees, running until the end of July, so next time you're grabbing a coffee or picking up lunch there, take some time to have a look.

The project documents eighteen months inside The Diamond in Sutton-upon-Ashton, capturing the venue’s patrons as they kept each other shining through upheaval.

“Diamonds and coal share the same element. The difference is pressure, time, and the bonds that form in between.”

As well as the exhibition at 92 degrees, there will also be a full exhibition at Helta Skelta Studios running from Friday, July 17th to Sunday, July 19th, with dozens of never-before-seen images not featured in the book.

The Diamond book will also be available to purchase at £30 (90 pages), with unseen images picked from over 200 portraits via the studio.
