🍽️✨ Today’s chefs created a colourful and delicious meal packed with flavour and fresh ingredients! 😍

Our main dish was mini meatballs served on courgette spaghetti, paired perfectly with a vibrant beetroot salad loaded with crunchy peppers, fresh vegetables, and plenty of colour. 🥒🍝❤️🥗 From practising chopping skills to preparing and presenting their dishes, everyone worked hard to create a healthy meal that looked as good as it tasted! 👨‍🍳👏🌟

To finish, our chefs enjoyed a refreshing Cream Soda Float 💚🥤🍨 topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and a sweet cherry 🍒 the perfect treat after a busy session in the kitchen!

A group of students also got busy doing some woodwork, developing practical skills, creativity, and confidence while working on their projects. 🪵🔨👏

Today our talented chefs created a delicious Pork & Hummus Bowl 🥩🥒🥑, packed with fresh ingredients, vibrant flavours, and plenty of healthy goodness! Served alongside a refreshing Greek Goddess Salad 🥗✨, this colourful dish looked just as amazing as it tasted.

🧅🔪 Throughout the session, our chefs put their food preparation skills to the test, practising chopping, slicing, and presentation techniques while building confidence in the kitchen.

🧁💜 A huge shoutout to our Group Independent chefs, who worked hard to create their very own cupcakes from scratch! From mixing and baking to decorating, they showed fantastic creativity, teamwork, and independence. 🎉👏

We are so proud of the effort, enthusiasm, and skills on display today. Every session brings new opportunities to learn, create, and grow! 🌟🍴

So the date is set 15th of August well be taking our students who want to go on a little trip over night 😊

🇰🇷 🔥 Today in cookery school our amazing chefs created a mouth-watering Korean rice bowl packed with colour, flavour and skill! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳✨

Loaded with fresh crunchy vegetables 🥒🥕, perfectly fluffy rice 🍚, sweet and spicy chilli-infused oranges 🍊🌶️ and rich caramelised onions 🧅🔥 this bowl was bursting with deliciousness in every bite! 😍👏

The kitchen was full of teamwork, confidence and creativity today as everyone stirred, seasoned and plated up like pros! 💪🍽️💙💚

After a wonderful 5 years our amazing staff member frank has decided to retire. Gonna missed by everyone. Have a relaxing retirement and enjoy ur new dog 🐶 🐕. Frank Fayer xx
