Well I don’t know about you, but for me and I know many others it’s been a STRONG time…

A time of reflection, letting go, re-alignment and a deep calling to step forward more fully in my soul’s path and service in this lifetime

I am honoured and in all honesty it’s a big moment for me today as I share my new website, which has been many moons in the creation

I finally after many years of creating in harmony with Mother earth have a space where you can connect with my medicines, book one-to-ones and events

Holistic Connection My awakening emerged through a dark night of the soul that spanned several years. It was catalysed by the recognition of the unhealthiness of the relationship I was deeply enmeshed in—and illuminated by the arrival of our baby son. 

What an amazing event at Ullet Road Church

It was such an honour and a blessing to be part of the team for the Breath and Dance

Mae Bird weaved the most divine Sound Journey for the Breath 🎶💜

The Dance playlist weaved by DJ Didge was MAGICAL ✨️ and so many of us danced our prayers, allowed our bodies to flow and had the BEST TIME 🌈

Thank you Conscious Tribal for having me along to support the most beautiful event at the most special venue yet 💜
