Well Done to πͺπΌ
This was him after only 4 weeks. He wanted to lose some fat and tone up after indulging on holiday.
Mixing strength training and cardio based workouts, aswell as counting his calories, he has been able to shed the weight.
He has made it fit into his lifestyle as he still goes out on the weekend for a drink.
You just gotta make it work around your lifestyle, for long term change.
Cant wait to see progress in the future!

They are slowly coming through! Getting abs depends on what you eat aswell. You cant out train a bad diet.
You could do 1000 sit ups but if your diet isnβt in check, they wont show!
