🚨 The Liverpool historian Laurence Westgaph sued us - and lost.

This time last year, Westgaph posted on Facebook threatening revenge against The Post and against the “cutthroats and sell outs”.

He sued us to try to force us to reveal our sources. He wanted to know who had spoken to us for a series of stories we did about him last year, and what they had said.

The case case to trial this month - and Westgaph's claim was dismantled by the judge.
