Knowledge Quarter Liverpool

Today we welcomed 14 students from the University of Liverpool 16-19 Maths School - Sixth Form for our last Future Innovators Day of this academic year.

In the morning, students visited the Manufacturing Technology Centre within Liverpool Science Park where colleagues enlightened them about the vast range of careers available within , and later, LYVA Labs ran a session supporting students to create their own businesses.

One of the topics discussed in both sessions centred around how paths are not linear, and how they continuously evolve as you discover what you like and don't like over time, as well as discovering where your strengths lie.

THEY DID IT! 🙌 | Martin Jones and Leah Dryhurst successfully completed Liverpool's TALLEST abseil, scaling 150ft from the roof of The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre- Liverpool site, to the ground below.
