‘Can you make my baby’s first birthday cake?’…. ABSOLUTELY 🥹🍓🍰🤍

What an honour! Our lovely client wanted a classic Victoria sponge cake. If you know me… Classic isn’t really my style 😅🫣 and I much prefer making raw cheesecake cakes but i simplified (kinda 🤣!)
& Had so much fun creating this for such a special occasion! I also remembered just how good a classic Victoria sponge is?! 🥰

Of course I put my own spin on things, organic fruit topping, sweetened with apple juice, help from my herbal allies with the use of hibiscus for an antioxidant boost! 🌺
Cream & frosting made from coconut cream, homemade chocolate to coat the strawberries.
Topped with coconut flakes and freeze dried raspberries. 😍

Plant based, but shhh we won’t tell the rest of the family 🤫 you’d never know this was a healthy, organic and plant based twist on the classic Victoria sponge. 🍰

Just a heads up, we are OUT OF OFFICE until end of July! 🥰
We’ll update you when we reopen, for any celebration cakes you can pre order for August onwards!

Sooo.. it’s official. We are off to Greece!

Very very grateful to be able to combine my passions of cooking and travelling together☺️🫶🏼
