Funeral Experts
30/06/2026
We are pleased to share that RedArc has added Funeral Experts to its nurse-led bereavement support service.
This means more families will be able to access practical help after a death, alongside emotional support.
When someone dies, there is often so much to deal with: funeral choices, paperwork, notifications, benefits, probate, estate administration and many other difficult tasks.
Our role is to make that journey clearer, simpler and less overwhelming.
Thank you to RedArc for recognising the importance of practical bereavement support as part of a more complete model of care.
This is another important step in our work to build a national bereavement navigation service that supports families from the point of need.

💙 When Caring Ends, Support Shouldn't 💙
For many carers, the death of the person they have been caring for can leave a huge void.
Alongside grief, they may face practical challenges, financial pressures, loneliness and the loss of a role that has shaped their daily life for months or even years.
At Funeral Experts, we continue supporting carers after bereavement. We provide practical help, emotional support and ongoing guidance whilst people adjust to life after caring. When the time is right, we help individuals reconnect with activities, support networks and opportunities that can help them rebuild confidence and regain independence.
Support doesn't end when caring ends.

🏘️ Building Carer Friendly Communities Together 🏘️
Supporting carers is a responsibility shared across our communities.
At Funeral Experts, we work alongside GP practices, social prescribers, NHS services, local authorities, hospices, charities, funeral directors and community organisations to help identify carers and ensure they receive the support they need.
By working together, we can provide practical assistance, emotional support and access to specialist services where appropriate, helping to reduce isolation and ensure carers never feel they are facing challenges alone.
Strong partnerships create stronger support networks.

💙 Supporting Carers Through End-of-Life Care 💙
Caring for someone at the end of their life can be one of the most difficult experiences a person will ever face.
At Funeral Experts, we provide both practical and emotional support to carers during this challenging time. Whether it's helping someone access welfare benefits, apply for grants and other financial support, understand what assistance may be available following a bereavement, or simply being there to listen when things feel overwhelming, we are here to help.
Many carers tell us they feel isolated and unsure where to turn. Our role is not only to provide information but to offer compassionate support, helping people navigate the realities of caring and prepare for what lies ahead.
No one should have to face end-of-life care alone.
