I am super excited to share this website! I recently pulled it together for this amazing event that I am co-producing, with Natasha Dansing (supported by wonderful Rob @ Unity!)

I am soon to complete my Open Floor teacher Training next month and it has been the most incredible journey. I know many of you are aware that my earliest and most beloved practice has always been dance (since childhood), having trained at Laban and continued down various avenues before and since then. I was going to do the MA in dance Movement Therapy and then Yoga swept me up and off I dived into that!

Dance was never lost, after years of performance and attending other minfdul movement classes, I developed and taught my own style of conscious dance.
Over the past 2yrs I have loved every moment of my Open Floor training, it is the most incredible therapeutic movement modality that I have found, it's magic 🌟
