Race intelligence. Ex*****on. Trust in the process.
At just 16 years old, Will Baldie lined up at the 2026 Kennel Classic with one clear instruction:
Get in the break… and stay there.
He did exactly that.
No hesitation.
No second guessing.
Just commitment to the plan.
This is where training meets racing.
The work we’ve been doing—building strength, repeatability, and confidence.. paid off when it mattered.
Result: 15th
But more importantly… control, composure, and presence in the race.
That’s a big step forward.
At 16, to ride like that in a race of this level shows what’s coming.
Watch this space.

Indoor riders are sitting on free watts.
Today I set up a rider on the Zwift Ride smart bike.
Indoor riding exposes everything.
No coasting. No hiding.
That’s why platforms like Zwift work so well
a controlled environment, consistent resistance, and a community that keeps you accountable.
We adjusted:
• Saddle height
• Front-end position
• Foot stability
Result:
→ smoother power
→ lower HR for same watts
→ more repeatable efforts
Same rider. Same fitness. Better output.
Indoor is where performance is built.. if the setup is right.
If you haven’t had a proper fit… you’re guessing.
Message me today 🤝
Good to see indoor setups being treated like real performance tools.

. If nothing changes, nothing changes!
You already know how this year went. Same habits, same doubts, the same “I’ll start properly next month.”
Some rides change everything!
Is this season where you finally commit, train properly, and actually see what you’re capable of ?
If you want 2026 to be your best season yet … stronger, smarter, more consistent .. that’s where I come in.
I coach riders from WorldTour level to high-level amateurs with real jobs, families and limited time. You don’t need more hours, you need better structure.
- Training built around your life
- Clear structure, no guesswork
- Accountability (if you skip a session, I notice)
- Fast, honest feedback via WhatsApp and TrainingPeaks
I only work with a limited number of riders so I can stay hands-on and properly invested in each person’s progress. That’s why there’s an intake form.
* If you’re serious about getting better in 2026, hit the link in my bio, go to the Coaching page and fill out the coaching intake form. I’ll review it personally and come back to you with next steps.
