I’ve been saying for years now the Home Coach in any golfers development is the most important coach with County, Regional and National Coach’s following the Home Coaches lead. The player works with their home coach through choice not necessity!!
Golf RSA don’t have a National Coach as they purposefully work with each players home team. Could that be one of the main reasons they are producing some many world class amateur golfers who then transition into world class professional’s. One message one coach!!

A solid T11 individual finish for Frazer Jones at the Rod Myers Invitational in Durham, North Carolina!
The finished T5 in the team competition.

Great performance’s from 3 boys who are members of our junior coaching programme who today played in the Midland Boys Closed Championship.
Huge congrats to Frazer Jones, Kirby Muxloe GC & England Boys National Squad, for winning the title 🏆 with rounds of 69 + 69 = 138 (-6)
This is Frazer’s 2nd MGU title after winning the Midland Boys Championship earlier in the season.
Charlie Box, Kirby Muxloe GC finished tied 3rd with 71 + 70 = 141 (-3)
Josh Rudkin, Cosby GC finished tied 11th with 77 + 71 = 148 (+4)
Also a word for Cameron Harris, Cosby GC & Kirby Muxloe GC. Not the day you wanted. Believe in yourself and your awesome talent by reflecting and learning from today’s performance. Experience whether it be good or bad is like gold dust.
