HerPathway
5 things about me that have absolutely nothing to do with HerPathway... ๐
Thought I'd shared a few random facts about me...
1. I can't ride a bike ๐ฒ
I never learnt as a child and, now I'm an adult, the thought of balancing on two wheels genuinely terrifies me. Maybe one day... but today isn't that day.
2. I can't swim ๐โโ๏ธ
Despite swimming lessons on and off over the years, I still can't swim properly. Probably not helped by the fact I nearly drowned in a Roman spa in Turkey when I was younger. Safe to say water and I have a complicated relationship.
3. I got sacked from my first job after just ONE day ๐ฅฉ
It was at a butcher's. I hadn't asked what the hourly rate was before starting, and when I was handed my wages at the end of the day, I realised I'd earned next to nothing. Let's just say it wasn't the right fit... and neither of us wanted a second day.
4. I've been sewing and designing since I was five โ๏ธ
Making and designing clothes has always been one of my biggest passions. When I was 15, I won my first costume design award, then went on to launch my own fashion accessory brand and designed for and styled celebrities.
5. I absolutely LOVE rollercoasters and fast rides ๐ข
The faster, the higher and the more terrifying, the better. I've been lucky enough to ride some incredible rollercoasters around the world and I'd happily spend an entire day in a theme park.
Bonus fact... ๐ญ
I've been to the theatre more times than I can count... and I don't think I've ever stayed awake for an entire performance. Apparently comfy seats and dimmed lights are my kryptonite.
Your turn... tell me one random fact about yourself that most people wouldn't know! ๐

โจ We often think it's about the clothes.
But what if it isn't?
When women tell us they have "nothing to wear", they're rarely talking about an empty wardrobe.
They're often describing something much deeper.
A feeling that nothing reflects who they are anymore.
That they've lost confidence.
Or that somewhere along the way they've stopped recognising themselves.
That's why buying something new doesn't always change how we feel.
Because what we're really searching for isn't another outfit.
It's a stronger connection to ourselves.
That's why we created the 'I have nothing to wear' micro-coaching session inside the free HerPathway app - to help women explore the emotions behind these everyday workplace moments with compassion and curiosity.
๐ฌ Have you ever realised that what you thought was the problemโฆ wasn't actually the problem at all?

Have you ever noticed how often confidence is treated as though it's something women simply need to "find"?
Speak up more.
Believe in yourself.
Be more assertive.
But confidence doesn't grow in isolation.
It grows in environments where people feel heard, respected and psychologically safe.
When women are carrying invisible responsibilities, navigating bias or constantly feeling they have to prove themselves, confidence isn't simply a personal challenge. It's shaped by the workplace around them.
Perhaps confidence isn't something women are missing. Perhaps it's something healthier workplaces help create.
The stories we've been told about work shape how we experience it. Sometimes it's worth asking whether they're still true.
HerPathway exists to put words around workplace experiences women are often expected to carry silently.
๐ค What helps you feel genuinely confident at work?

โจ The opportunities you've worked so hard for can sometimes be the ones that make you question yourself the most.
A promotion.
A leadership opportunity.
A chance to step into something bigger.
It should feel exciting.
Yet for so many women, it also brings a quiet voice asking...
"Am I really ready for this?"
If you've ever experienced that, you're in good company.
Self-doubt doesn't always mean you're not capable.
Sometimes it simply appears because you're stepping into unfamiliar territory.
That's why we created 'Stepping into Leadership' micro-coaching session inside the free HerPathway app - to support women through those moments when confidence feels just out of reach.
If this feels familiar, you can explore the full micro-coaching session free in the HerPathway app.
๐ฌ Have you ever looked back and realised you were far more ready than you believed at the time?

Productivity isn't about doing everything. It's about doing what matters most. Giving yourself permission to focus on fewer things can reduce pressure and create a greater sense of progress.
This โGentle Workday Resetsโ series offers small actions designed to help women reconnect with themselves in real time at work.
Because sustainable confidence is not built through constant pushing. It is built through presence, self-awareness and nervous system safety.
Save for later or share with someone who might need the reminder.

Success used to be measured by promotions, pay rises and climbing the career ladder.
Those things still matter.
But increasingly, women are asking different questions.
"Will this job allow me to have a life outside work?"
"Will I feel supported here?"
"Can I succeed without sacrificing my wellbeing?"
More women are redefining success to include flexibility, psychological safety, balance and workplaces where they feel valued as peopleโnot just employees.
That's not lowering ambition.
It's creating a healthier, more sustainable version of success.
HerPathway exists to put words around workplace experiences women are often expected to carry silently.

โจ Have you ever felt like you're never fully in one place?
You're at work thinking about home.
You're at home thinking about work.
You want to be present in both, but your mind is constantly being pulled somewhere else.
For so many working mums, it can feel like you're always carrying the weight of two worlds.
Not because you're doing anything wrong.
But because you care deeply about both.
That's why we created the 'Mum Guilt' micro-coaching session inside the free HerPathway app - to support women navigating the emotional reality of balancing work and family, without the pressure of having to do it all perfectly.
If this resonates with you, you can explore the full micro-coaching session free in the HerPathway app.
