NBS or the Architectural Specifications is the official UK-based system of specifications, launched in 1973 and used to outline the materials and quality levels of a construction project.

A specification is a detailed document that outlines everything from dimensions, materials, the performance standards, the premises of the site, the quality of the systems and products and any detail that cannot be included in the visual drawing or model.

PDG Architectural is proud to be given the responsibility of your project and we will treat it with great consideration. In doing so, we meet with the clients and talk through the whole process to find out what they need and how it can all fit within the client’s budget.🤝

📝As well as producing the design and securing the planning permission, a crucial part of our involvement in the project is to undertake regular site visits at key stages of the build to ensure everything is getting built in accordance with our construction drawings to a satisfactory standard.🎯

🏗️We monitor the construction works throughout the build and providing everything has been completed to a satisfying standard we issue a Professional Consultants Certificate (PCC), upon completion.📃

🗂️This PCC will enable our clients to obtain a standard mortgage should they require one. To give the client peace of mind that everything has been finished to a high standard we recommend PCC as a cost-effective option for the client. 🏠
