We’re swapping barbells and burpees for relaxation and wellness, and bringing the Form Leeds community together for a bit of R & R.

👫We’re encouraging all members, friends and family to come along and spend the day with us. Bring a picnic, grab a coffee, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy some quality time with the community outside of the gym.

☀️We’ve secured 28 spaces for members for Pool Bridge Farm’s incredible Sauna & Dip Experience, giving members the chance to enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy in a beautiful lakeside setting.

🏊🏼But the social isn’t just for those taking part in the sauna session. All members, friends and family can purchase a day pass from Pool Bridge Farm Website -but they do sell out quickly!

❓How to grab a sauna spot:
Spaces for the Sauna & Dip Experience are limited and expected to go quickly. To secure your place DM us for details. These are first come first served.
