The renovation of the existing double garage created a study / playroom aswell as a large entrance hall.
The whole house is in the process off being rendered & the externals made tidy, when we eventually get a run of decent weather we'll get some images of the final product🙏🤞

Final snags to an extensive extended renovation in North Leeds.
This is the one we found languishing in the 70's, we extended the rear to accommodate 6 meter sliding doors before opening the existing kitchen & dining room to create one large area.
A second extension allowed us to create a larger bedroom & accommodate an en suite.

Our Alwoodley site is ready for Decoration, a extensive renovation including an extension, which added a Master bedroom with en-suite, Master Bathroom, WC, Utility room, walk in pantry plus the area to open up open plan kitchen & living.

All finishes are available through our suppliers & have been fitted by our full-time trades or long term sub contractors.

Here's our current project in North Leeds.
After removing two garages prior to the new year, we have added a two storey side extension which will extend a newly renovated kitchen / dining area, add a utility room, walk in pantry & WC.
Upstairs, the client will gain a master bedroom with en-suite as well as relocating the house bathroom to create a larger staircase & landing.
Watch this space as we install the structural steelwork before shaping the internals.
