DRINK BARDOLINO.
New to the wine list is this super light, and extremely chinnable red wine from our friends at Passione Vino .
Chances are if you’ve spent any time around Lake Garda you’ve probably drank Bardolino. It shares some of the same grape varieties as its more famous local relative - Valpolicella, yet this wine also has some Sangiovese in the blend for good measure.
It’s fresh, juicy and packs tonnes of red fruit flavours. We’ll be serving it chilled, especially during the summer. It’s the perfect wine for these heat waves.

Pork loin stuffed with spinach and a chicken & thyme mousse. Served with rainbow chard and a trotter & Marsala jus. Just add an ice cold negroni.
