We are currently recruiting a handyman/multi-skilled engineer to join our small property maintenance company.
This is a fast paced reactive maintenance role in and around Leeds area. We are looking for someone who can carry out all aspects of general maintenance to a high standard.

Full clean driving licence required.

Old mouldy wooden decking tiles removed and disposed of, ready for a clean jet washed patio for next tenant.

New direct unvented cylinder supplied and fitted ⭐️

Ceiling over-boarded and skimmed.

💦 Leak from kitchen sink waste pipe. Waste pipe cut, new boss adapter fitted and repiped back to meet original pipework.

Peeling ceiling raked back, filled, sanded and painted.

Old floor tiles removed, floor prepped and new rustic hexagonal tiles laid, sealed and grouted. Lots of pattern prep and a slow process, well worth it for the finished result 🤯

Customer had no hot water due to faulty immersion thermostat. Stat replaced and hot water regained within a couple of hours 🥳

Kitchen tap repair, neck of tap spun off base. Tap repaired avoiding new tap costs for customer ⭐️

⭐️We are also available for emergency call outs⭐️
Customer had returned home to find ceiling had collapsed. Investigated in loft and identified recent leak repair which previous contractor had failed to sufficiently complete.
New ball valve fitted to header tank. Damage/loose ceiling removed and disposed of. Further quote provided to repair ceiling.

Busy weekend job!
Old bathroom ripped out. Aqua panels, flooring and new bathroom suite installed resulting in a low maintenance, easy to clean bathroom ✨.
