Everyday is different - some days you need to listen to your body and others you need to push towards your goal 💪🏼

Today I've had a busy day with online classes and virtual PT sessions, and by the time I’d finished I really couldn’t be bothered to do a workout - YET I did it! And I feel amazing and so much better for doing so!

What made me power through?

1) the fact it was only 10 minutes really helped as I knew it would be over quickly - although I did end up doing two 💪🏼

2) and having the right goal!
If you can't find the motivation, you've got the wrong goal. (DM me and we can help you find your goal)

For example: "I want to lose weight" is a great overall goal, but it isn't what's going to get you feeling motivated every day, you need to ask yourself WHY.

"I want to lose weight"

WHY

"Because I want to feel healthier"

WHY

"Because when my grandkids come to play, I want to be able to play with them without feeling out of breath after 5 minutes"

And there, we have it! A goal that you will WANT to achieve because it means something to you, and therefore, you're more likely to motivate yourself to do something in order to reach that goal.
