As many of you already know, this is my last week trading as Roops. It’s not been an easy choice for me to stop something which I’ve worked so hard to make a success but ultimately it’s not something I want to continue with. Thanks to all my customers past and present for propping up this half-baked (🤦‍♂️) idea of mine. As for the future, I am actively looking for a business partner to help me open a restaurant in Leeds, something that has always been my intention even at the outset of planning the bakery.
