Its starts with YOU! People often don't realize how simple it can be to make better choices. It's mainly because we get stuck in unhealthy HABITS. Habits do NOT define who you are, nor who you choose to be.
The choice is yours at the end of the day. You can choose to love yourself enough to make better choices, to create better habits for yourself both physically and mentally or you can choose to keep living the same cycle over again..
Habits aren't changed over night. They take time, self discipline and consistency but with a little effort you can make those habits your reality...
I challenge you to start working on ONE habit change! Just one. Do you love yourself enough to take care of yourself?...

BLOWN AWAY!
So incredibly proud of this guy and all his hard work.
This transformation took time and consistency.
8 months, 24 EmSlim sessions, clean eating 50% of the time and exercising 4 times a week.
Weight loss is around 100lbs
Total inch loss -25.75
He averaged half an inch at each treatment, once a week.
Goes to show what you can do when you decide to make changes and consistently show up for yourself!!
