We're getting some serious talent down for our Thursday sparring sessions at Combat Base Leeds.
No messing about, clock running, 5 minute rolls - 1 minute rest, get down any time from 6pm finishing around 8pm.
All welcome, £10 to non members.

ADCC English Open Success for Mikey Brook and Toby Colling

A few of weeks ago, two of our team members, and competed in the ADCC English Open and put on a great showing

Toby had an impressive run, winning his first match with a kneebar, his second with a triangle, and earning a silver medal after a hard-fought final that went to points 🥈

Mikey had a strong performance too, finishing his first match with a rear naked choke, the second on points, and taking gold by winning the final with a straight footlock 🥇

Big congratulations to both Mikey and Toby. Keep up the hard work 🙌
