FlowMotion Yoga | Insight Timer Live 15/08/2022

If you'd like to join one of my online group classes I am teaching on Insight Timer (the world's largest meditation app) tomorrow at 4.30pm. It's a donation-based, 45 minute, gently flowing yoga class.

First veg from the garden šŸ™Œ.

I’m a totally newbie to this and am just grateful that something came up from the seeds I sowed a few months ago!

Purple sprouting broccoli (the bits not eaten by pigeons), a teeny carrot (the big one was for comparison šŸ˜‚) and strange shaped beetroot.

I have a few spaces left for my Yoga Nidra for Sleep class next Thursday 30th June at 7pm at my garden studio in Oakwood.

1 hour of Yoga Nidra is said to be equivalent to 3 hours sleep and the technique can reduce stress and help insomnia and anxiety amongst other things.

A totally rejuvenating evening with a little gentle movement, a breathing practice teach and a guided relaxation done lying down with an eye bag, blankets and bolsters. It's a little like a (hands off) massage for your nervous system!

You don't need to have any level of fitness or flexibility to join and I'd love to welcome you here.
